After celebrating her academic achievements, a new chapter began as she embarked on her own personal journey to parenthood. Her experiences with struggle and loss have deepened her understanding of the unique challenges individuals face when trying to start a family. This personal journey continues to inspire her to explore holistic approaches that complement modern medical practices, paving the way for a balanced and harmonious path to parenthood.
Dr. Cindy resides in Ridgewood, New York, with her family. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Sciences from SUNY Buffalo and went on to enjoy more than a decade in the field of Corporate Wellness. During that time, she honed her skills as a personal trainer, group fitness (spin) instructor, and general manager for several Fortune 500 companies.
When the market crashed in 2007–2008, Dr. Cindy realized it was time to pursue a new path—one that would allow her to help others in a deeper and more meaningful way. She later earned both her Master’s and Doctorate degrees from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in New York and San Diego (now known as Pacific College of Health and Science). Her clinical experience includes rotations at NYU Langone’s Labor and Delivery and Stroke Rehabilitation Departments, as well as Columbia University’s Student Wellness Center.
Dr. Cindy is board-certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and is a licensed acupuncturist in the state of New York. In her practice, she focuses primarily on women’s health, IVF support, sports medicine injuries, and stress management.
